Welcome to our little garden.
Beach Road Farm welcomes in the Spring of 2012! We are still here, and we still offer affordable, family plot rentals -- until all the spaces are sown.
Our community garden spaces are located on a family-owned farm, with a friendly and happy atmosphere. With all plot rentals, we provide the soil, small job tilling equipment, personal garden equipment storage, restroom facilities, cooling mist station for people, refrigerator for drinks and lunch, irrigation headers for hoses, and LOTS of open space and sunshine in a safe location.
We have 20ft x 20ft plots renting for $15 per month.

For more experienced gardeners, we offer a larger plot sized 20ft x 40ft.
It has been our experience that this size plot is a bit of a challange to manage and weed; therefore, we offer this size to returning gardeners, only. The price is $23 per month.
We can and do offer larger spaces and acreage to commercial level farmers. Also, we can offer parcels to landscape professionals to grow their own nursery stock.
We have
approximately seven acres of farmland available to be farmed.
At one time, this farm of black soil was in blueberries, and that is a crop to be considered.
There is plenty of space for a small farmer, and the irrigation is already installed.
